Shee Atiká Languages, LLC (SAL) is a subsidiary of Shee Aitká, Inc. in Sitka, Alaska and a professional foreign language services provider. We are an Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) offering comprehensive foreign language services throughout the world.

  • Customized Language Services

    Shee Atiká professionals have provided the Department of Defense a wide variety of linguists in both skilled and unskilled labor categories since the beginning of Operation Enduring Freedom (Afghanistan) through our subcontracted partners. We continue to provide excellent service to the Departments of Defense and State for a wide variety of language related requirements to include interpreters, translators, and special skilled linguists.

  • Role Players

    One expanding area that SAL has provided a critical need to the Department of Defense is that of experienced role players. Since 2005, role players have provided valuable insight, mentoring and advisement to special operations training and qualification operations. These operations prepare the special operations community for worldwide deployment and are based on current and anticipated regional political/military situations.

  • Regional Subject Matter Experts (SME's)

    We provide the Department of State a wide-range of subject matter experts to effectively mentor and guide the new Iraqi state to success with regional projects. With varied skills ranging from engineering to hospital administration, SAL stands ready to provide language and non-language qualified subject matter experts around the world.

  • Cultural Advisors

    SAL employs an experienced team of cleared secret and top secret level cultural advisors for leadership mentoring, cultural analysis, and policy advisement.

    They are highly educated and have long and recent experience in the target country or region, providing insight that would otherwise be inaccessible. This insight allows combat commanders and senior decision makers to make tactical, operational and long term decisions.

We are located in Fayetteville, North Carolina, conveniently near Fort Bragg - home of the Airborne and Special Operations Forces of the United States Army. We also have offices in the Washington D.C. area and Sitka, Alaska.
